Barbara and I have never looked forward to working with Real Estate Agents in the past.  We never felt like they were listening or had our best interests in mind.  They were always too busy running us through the house showing marathon to stop and really understand our needs.  We recently worked with The Treadway Realty Group in both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new home.  What a pleasurable experience – professional, intelligent, good listeners and engaged in understanding and meeting our needs.  We have never been so impressed with Real Estate Professionals before.  We then toped off our experience by arranging our financing at very competitive rate through the Treadway Group.  We couldn’t be more satisfied.

When a new job meant relocating to Austin, our first call was to Deborah.  Having helped us purchase our first home, we trusted her and we knew her knowledge of the area would help us price our home according.  Two days after we listed the house, we found a buyer and agreed upon a contract.

At that point, our attention turned to finding a new home.  Deborah put us in contact with and agent she recommended in Austin and Bill secured our loan.  Working with an organization that could handle both the real estate and mortgage function made the whole process incredibly easy.  We couldn’t be more pleased.
